Your cart & batteries must be registered within 90 days of purchase to activate 5 YR bumper to bumper warranty. Carts not registered within 90 days will carry a 1 YR limited cart & battery warranty only!

*Our warranty is exclusive to our clients that have purchased any model direct from Cricket Mini Golf Carts, Inc. in Daytona Beach, FL. All cart warranties are as follows:

Model year 2019-2020 (1 year cart warranty)
Model year Jan-Oct 2021 (2 year cart/1 year battery warranty)
Model year Nov 2021-Dec 2022 (3 year cart/2 year battery warranty)
Model year Jan 2023-Current (5 year cart/5 battery warranty)

    Make sure all lights on charger are on. If any light on charger is off, see instructions below on how to replace charger fuses. If you are submitting a battery issue or warranty claim, please provide pictures of a battery test. All battery test must be diagnosed with a Battery Load Tester,not a multimeter. See instructions below:

    • Approved Battery Tester

    • Charger Fuse Replacement

      • If light is off on charger: the wires in rear of charger correspond with the light on the front. Follow wire down to the battery case and the battery that is not lighting up. 2 yellow caps are on the wires leading to battery. Twist, push and pull on the yellow caps to separate. Replace fuse; make sure the light now comes on. Amazon LINK for fuse replacements.
