Refund Policy

All Cricket Mini Golf Cart purchases and/or sales are final. We do not provide refunds or returns. All custom built cart(s) purchases and/or sales are final. Custom carts are built for individuality and specific purposes/preferences per owner, these custom carts are not returnable and we will not provide refunds or replacements. However, your cart is covered with a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and a 5 year battery warranty. If any defect, malfunction or cart failure occurs under normal operating conditions, we will provide the necessary parts, service or supplies to make the cart functional and running again. If service is needed from an authorized dealer, all cost will be incurred by Cricket Mini Golf Carts. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred to ship cart back to us. We also have a 35% restocking fee that may be dependent on the nature of the repairs and/or after the cart has been delivered to buyer.
