Cricket Mini Golf Carts $150 OFF Lithium Battery Rebate* and other rebate sales are not point-of-sale discounts on any item purchased. Participating customers must mail their original receipt and a completed rebate form with proper postage to the address on the rebate form to receive their merchandise credit check. Rebate forms are available on-line at https://cricketminigolfcarts.com/cricket-accessories/cricket-lithium-battery-rebate-form/ and included in each battery package. Customers must mail in the rebate form and original purchase receipts to Cricket Mini Golf Carts within one month from the end of the current rebate offer. Cricket Mini Golf Carts $150 OFF Lithium Battery Rebate* and other rebate sales are mail-in-rebates in the form of a merchandise credit check from Cricket Mini Golf Carts, valid on future purchases only. Please allow 6-8 weeks from mail-in for processing. Rebate offer starts on all lithium battery purchase on 08/27/2025 and dated after. Limited to stock on hand. No sorry slips or rain checks. First come, first served. Future sale price adjustments, exchanges and merchandise returns will void the rebate* and other rebates on the items adjusted, exchanged and/or returned. Not good with previous purchases, current purchase orders, current cart builds, or any other coupons or offers. Cricket Mini Golf Carts reserves the right to limit purchases of any and all items to reasonable job lot quantities. Excludes delivery and handling charges, processing fees, packaging charges, and extended service agreements. Submission of a completed rebate form constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions of the rebate program.
By submitting any rebate form, a Purchaser AGREES that ANY and ALL controversies or claims arising out of or relating to Cricket Mini Golf Carts $150 OFF Lithium Battery Rebate, or the breach thereof, MUST be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer or Commercial Arbitration Rules. Purchaser and Cricket Mini Golf Carts AGREE that all claims may only be brought in Purchaser or Cricket Mini Golf Carts individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless Purchaser and Cricket Mini Golf Carts agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one purchaser’s claim, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. The Arbitrator appointed by the AAA will have the exclusive authority to resolve any challenge or dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of the Purchaser and Cricket Mini Golf Carts arbitration agreement. All claims MUST be brought within 6 MONTHS of the purchase date. Cricket Mini Golf Carts is engaged in interstate commerce and this arbitration provision is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Sections 1-14 as amended from time to time.
The remedy for any claim is limited to actual damages, and in no event will any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, including attorneys’ fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
